We recently had an electric fire fitted by eco Fires and Fireplaces. From the outset we were very impressed. Colleen provided excellent advice and her administrative efficiency was superb. The fitting was undertaken by Dave and Shaun who did a magnificent job. It immediately became apparent that the old gas fire, while appearing to be a standard fitting, had been engineered to fit into the restricted opening of a pre-cast flu. What should have been a relatively straightforward job took more time and effort than expected and a good deal of masonry needed to be removed. The use of a very efficient dust extractor combined with highly skilled workmanship and superb organisation ensured that there was minimal disruption and mess. An excellent job and our thanks to all concerned.

Great friendly service.

Very professional and courteous service, second to none, from start to finish. Very welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, no pressure from the staff who assisted me and pointed me in the right direction regarding which stove would suit my needs. Competitively priced stoves, fires and surrounds. The fitters Darren and Ian were very polite, tidy and careful, with decades of experience under their belts. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would very highly recommend this company. Companies with service like theirs are very few and far between.

Had a Stovax inset stove fitted absolutely love it. They took care of everything from start to finish. Exactly how I imagined it would look like in my living room. Thank you eco fires and fireplaces.
